End of Year Overview 2023
End of Year Overview 2023. Before diving into the 2024 horoscope, let's reflect on the current blockages and the planetary movements that will influence our lives as we transition into the new year.

End of Year Overview 2023
Before I dive into the 2024 horoscope, I want to take a moment to reflect on the end of 2023 and explain what might be causing some blockages at the moment. We have four heavy planets in retrograde, and since November, three planets have been disrupting our daily lives. It feels like we are stuck in place; nothing is moving, or at least everything is taking its time. Thankfully, Saturn has just resumed its direct motion on November 5 in Pisces, which will reinvigorate your projects that have been on hold since June 2023, and that is a relief. If you have been involved in long-term projects, they will finally take a positive turn.
We will have to wait until January 2024 for Jupiter to take the same path, going direct on January 1, 2024, in Taurus. This will also be a significant relief for all transactions, sales, and purchases. For merchants, business should pick up, and contracts will be easier to sign in various sectors, especially from May 2024 onwards. In the meantime, Jupiter will change signs and move into Gemini (Mercury, the planet of communication and commerce) on May 26, 2024, remaining direct (meaning it is moving forward) until October 10. The financial landscape will regain its vibrancy; we can say that over the next six months, things should improve on many fronts, including the general atmosphere and the morale of the French people.
Finally, Pluto, a very heavy planet in our solar system, will leave Capricorn (where it has been for 25 years, an Earth element) to settle in the air sign of Aquarius for the next two decades. Pluto influences more on a collective level rather than a personal one; however, if Pluto is well-placed in relation to your Sun or a planetary cluster in your natal chart, it is always better than being poorly placed. We will witness the emergence of cutting-edge techniques in both the technological and medical fields, along with new discoveries and significant results in health, alternative healing methods, and considerable advancements in medical and social realms.
At this end of 2023, Neptune in Pisces, at home and thus very well placed, is among the trans-Saturnian planets, like Uranus and Pluto, meaning it is invisible to the naked eye. This planet will go direct on December 7, bringing intuition, dreams, and sometimes uncertainty in a natal chart. On a collective level, we can expect significant social movements, with many demonstrations on various issues.
Finally, we will have to wait until January 28 for Uranus to restart in Taurus, going direct and allowing us to accomplish what has been on hold since the end of August. Uranus acts as a booster; it moves things forward, albeit slowly at the moment since it is positioned in an Earth sign, Taurus. Once it moves into Gemini, an air sign, everything will accelerate, and we will revisit this topic in July 2025.
So, all of this is to say that all these retrograde planets are resuming their direct paths for our greater good at the end of this year, in January 2024, and into the spring of 2024.
