The Challenge of Truth: Unraveling the Mystique of Deception

January 20, 2026

A profound question has been occupying my thoughts since the beginning of 2026: why has it become so challenging to speak the truth? In this exploration, I delve into the intimate and collective experience of deception as a social survival mechanism, particularly among women. This learned reflex of shaping the truth, donning a mask, and silencing our inner selves raises significant inquiries. Why do we engage in this behavior? To belong, to be accepted, and to avoid causing disturbance.

I will discuss the following themes:

  • the early lessons of deception in childhood

  • the domestication of the feminine and its effects on our inner truth

  • the Sanctuary of Truth and the art of speaking truthfully with compassion

  • the collective transformation I sense is emerging

  • my ongoing projects (a school aligned with human design principles, and free learning) and the uncertainties regarding timing

  • the relationship with dreams, joy, and meaning as we evolve

This episode is for those who feel that silence no longer offers protection and that embracing truth is now an integral part of our journey of embodiment.
