How Water Moves Your Energy, Astral Field, and Kundalini
Take a moment, breathe deeply, and feel the rhythm within your chest. Here’s a question that may seem peculiar: when you take a sip of water or enjoy a shower, do you truly realize what you are touching? In my daily practices involving Kundalini activation and Astral Work, there is one element that consistently emerges, like an invisible golden thread—Water. However, forget for a moment the scientific definitions or what you learned in school. In the realm of subtle energy, water transcends being just a liquid; it serves as a multidimensional portal, the most powerful cosmic technology we have at our disposal in the physical realm to move our vital force and journey beyond the confines of the body.
Kundalini is often described as a river of liquid fire. If you have ever undergone a Kundalini activation or session, you know that this force is anything but rigid. Frequently depicted as a serpent, its true subtle nature responds to the dynamics of flow. Residing in the root chakra, known as Muladhara, Kundalini awakens and ascends through Svadhisthana, the sacral chakra, which is the center of the Water Element, emotions, and pure creation. When your energy is blocked, you may feel stagnant, heavy, and disconnected. Yet, when the water within you begins to flow again, primordial energy rises along your spine like a wave of pure light, dissolving emotional knots and reactivating your higher centers.
You cannot awaken your inner fire if the water of your soul is petrified by control.
In Astral Work and when engaging with subtle dimensions, the physical body remains anchored while the energetic body expands. The key to maintaining a dense, protected, and radiant auric field lies in the conductivity of our internal water. We are composed of over 60% water. In the quantum and esoteric world, water acts as a molecular receptor, absorbing the frequencies of your thoughts, recording the vibrations of your emotional field, and bridging the density of matter with the fine frequency of the astral plane.
You don’t need hours of meditation to begin programming water and energy; sometimes, it takes just a moment. True magic is fluid, fast, and integrates seamlessly into life.
Activate the Frequencies. Before you drink, hold the glass in your hands for a moment, close your eyes, activate the energy in your palms, and project a frequency of expansion, clarity, and protection into the water. As you drink, visualize that liquid light nourishing your astral field and awakening your cells.
Reset Your Energies. When you shower in the evening, envision the physical water as golden light. Ask it to wash away not only fatigue but also energetic larvae, negative energies, cord attachments, and accumulated low frequencies from your surroundings.
Listen to Your Internal Tides. During the New Moon or Full Moon, connect with water or tune into the rhythms of your body. Feel how your emotional tides simply seek to be seen, integrated, and allowed to flow.
The lesson that Astral Work has imparted to me is that control is an illusion of the mind. Water that attempts to hold itself back stagnates. Water that accepts to flow breaks through any dam, traverses mountains, and inevitably reunites with the Cosmic Ocean. Stop fearing your emotional density, your depths, or your peaks of Light. Embrace your fluid nature, let your energy activate, and remember that even when the surface of your life appears turbulent, deep within your consciousness reigns the absolute peace of the source.
Be Water, Be Light.
