Transitioning from PASS to 004
On October 1, 2020, I embarked on a new professional journey, leaving behind my position at PASS. My experiences there, while valuable, no longer fulfilled my aspirations, prompting me to seek new opportunities. During my search, I connected with a headhunter who introduced me to 004 GmbH, located in Aschaffenburg.
The interview process was notably different due to the ongoing pandemic. Initially, I participated in a Skype interview, followed by an in-person meeting that adhered to social distancing protocols. Despite the unusual circumstances, we quickly reached an agreement, and I signed the employment contract before submitting my resignation at PASS. This transition was particularly challenging, as many colleagues were working remotely.
Currently, I am engaged in IT administration, where I manage both internal systems and the server platform for the webshops. The 004 GmbH operates as a full-service provider for e-commerce, offering services that include online shops, service centers, accounting, and comprehensive logistics through its subsidiary, Kumko GmbH.
